Frank has more than 32 years of Law Enforcement experience and is the retired Chief of Police of the NJ State Humane Police. During his tenure, he expanded and modernized the department with the addition of state-of-the-art equipment, and a best practices approach for all department policy and personnel. He is a NJ Police Training Commission certified Academy instructor. He has had memberships in NJACOP and the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the NJ State PBA. He has attended and instructed at many academies including the Bergen County Police and Fire Academy, Passaic County Police Academy, Essex County Police Academy, Ocean County Police Academy, and the New Jersey State Division of Criminal Justice Academy at Sea Girt. He is one of the principal authors of the Basic Class for Humane Law Enforcement Officers Level I & Level II, is a certified NRA Firearms instructor and a Glock Armorer.

 

Additionally, Frank holds a NJ SORA II certification and is an Armed Security Officer (ASO) with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Air Marshal Service. After his successful law enforcement career, he decided to share his knowledge and started Statewide Protective Service NJ, LLC.

 

He holds a B.S. in Finance, Economics and Quantitative Methods from Fordham University, Bronx, NY; numerous certifications and many citations for lifesaving and exceptional duty.
